We chose the Best Western Fino Akasaka mainly for the location. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and enjoyed the many restaurants and coffee shops. You are a block away from the Akasaka Mitsue Station which is extremely convenient as the Ginza and Marunouchi metro trains pass through. It takes only 12 minutes to reach the center of Ginza and in the other direction Shibuya. The room and bathroom were small but comfortable. I would suggest booking a room with 2 twin beds as it is larger. If you have large pieces of luggage the room size may be an issue. We did have the buffet breakfast once and it was good. The staff spoke English and were helpful in arranging to send our luggage to Osaka. Having a coin laundry was a plus.

Strategic location, very close to train station exit and entrance and there's two different line options for train station close to the property. Room cleaning is available everyday with no additional charge (this can be rare in Tokyo). English-speaking staff available for check-in. Comfortable beds and guests were given 4 pillows. Akasaka was definitely on top of my list for neighbourhood in Tokyo. It was in the middle between Ginza and Shinjuku/Shibuya, very strategic. Surrounding area was only lively on Friday night as it was a popular business office location, so people were having drinks after office. Other than that, the area was pretty quite and very comfortable for me.

Very well situated in the heart of Akasaka. The metro station is literally 5 minutes away had had major connections including the Ginza line. The area has great cafes and restaurants. Just next to the hotel is a shabu shabu restaurant which we loved. The hotel is quite simple and the rooms are small but not smaller than average hotels in Tokyo. The staff was lovely and cleaning services were available everyday, we would always come back to a tidy room at the end of the day. The room is well equipped with tv, mini fridge, hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. You’ll find free toiletries at the reception.

Our room was small, but I understand that this is typical for Tokyo. It was clean, modern, well equipped and organised though and had everything we needed in the space. The breakfast was good, served in a nice bright room. The staff were all friendly, helpful and polite. There were two coin operated washer / dryers on the third floor, which we found very useful. We stayed twice in this hotel, with a 4 day trip to Kyoto in between, the hotel kindly allowed us to leave some luggage at the hotel while we were away, free of charge, which allowed us to travel more easily on the Shinkansen.

The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are a bit small but nice. Bed is comfortable and bathroom is perfect. The ladies at front office are very nice, one japanese lady especially was super kind, polite and helpful. Even if she didn’t speak perfectly english, her efforts are much appreciated. The guy at the breakfast is also very nice and kind. Those 2 have a special mention: “amazing”. The others are almost all nice too. The breakfast is simple but good and in a nice and warm place. Honestly we felt almost like home. Thanks
